Refund Policy

This page explains the basic rules for returns, refunds, and complaints for occasional private sales made through Blueonion. It is intended for non-business sales from Czechia.

Important note

These terms are written for occasional private sales by a natural person acting outside regular business activity. Rights that apply specifically to contracts between a consumer and a trader may therefore not apply in the same way.

Returns

Returns are not accepted automatically just because the buyer changes their mind. If you want to request a return, contact us first at lukashodac@gmail.com.

If a return is agreed, the item should be sent to:

Damaged, wrong, or misdescribed items

Please inspect the item after delivery. If it arrives damaged, materially different from the agreed description, or clearly wrong, contact us as soon as possible at lukashodac@gmail.com and include a short description and photos where possible.

If a return is approved

Approved returns should be sent back in the condition agreed between seller and buyer and packed well enough to avoid damage during transport.

Unless we agree otherwise or the problem is on our side, the buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed, it will usually be sent back using the original payment method unless we agree on a different method.

We may wait for the item to be returned or for proof of shipment before sending the refund.

No automatic shop-style withdrawal right

These occasional private sales are not intended to operate as standard trader-to-consumer e-commerce sales. A general 14-day no-reason withdrawal right is therefore not promised here unless expressly agreed for a specific order.
