Overview
These terms apply only to occasional private sales made outside regular business activity. If the seller later begins selling as a business, these terms should be replaced with business e-commerce terms.
Products and availability
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock information accurate. Obvious errors or technical mistakes may be corrected.
Showing a product on the website does not by itself guarantee that the item is available or that every order will be accepted.
Orders
By placing an order, you submit a proposal to buy goods from us. We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete customer information.
Pricing and payment
Prices and shipping costs are shown during checkout. Payment is processed using the methods offered on the site. Card payments are handled through Stripe.
Shipping
Available delivery options and shipping costs are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts.
Returns and complaints
Returns, complaints, and refunds are handled according to the specific agreement between seller and buyer and the nature of the sale. Please read our Refund policy for the practical process.
Website use
You agree to use the website lawfully, provide accurate information, and not interfere with the operation or security of the store.
Intellectual property
Website content, including text, images, branding, and product photos, is protected by applicable law. You may not reuse it beyond what the law allows without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Because these terms are written for occasional private sales rather than a standard entrepreneur-to-consumer relationship, they do not promise the special dispute-resolution mechanisms typically referenced by commercial e-shops.
